Douglas County Rideshare is a commuter-oriented program that operates work-trip vanpools, provides carpool-matching assistance, builds and maintains commuter facilities and participates in transit and public transportation planning and marketing. Rideshare has been serving Douglas County commuters since 1986.

Vanpools
Rideshare offers dependable, safe and economical vanpool service to many metro Atlanta work locations. Vans leave central locations in Douglas County Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Return trips to Douglas County are offered from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Vanpool service is offered at an affordable monthly fee. Click "Schedule" for a complete listing of vanpool routes.

Carpools
Some metro Atlanta sites are not served by Rideshare vanpools. For commuters who travel to these locations, Rideshare offers a free matching service to help with forming carpools.
