This 66-acre park is located on Mack Road north of Fairburn Road and serves as the headquarters for the Recreation Division of Douglas County Parks and Recreation. The Park includes both passive and active areas. Activities include softball, volleyball, disc golf, tennis, basketball, Mini-Golf, Bocce, and Batting Cages. Passive activities include fishing, walking, picnicking, playground, and special events. Facilities include athletic fields, activity center, gymnasium, tennis courts, amphitheater, gazebo, group shelters, and restroom facilities. The Park also hosts a 3-acre fishing lake with a pier. Group shelters throughout the park can be reserved for many activities, including family reunions, birthday parties and company functions.

Unless otherwise reserved all Douglas County outdoor park facilities are available on a first-come first-serve basis

Douglas County Park facilities may be reserved by:

1. Download and complete the reservation application under the downloadable documents to the right.

2. Once complete you can bring the completed form in and check for availability.

3. If there is a rental available and the amount is under $100.00 the payment must be paid in full. If over $100.00 you may put a 50% deposit down on the rental to hold it. The full amount will be due the day before your event.


IN A HURRY - The Reservation Office is located at Deer Lick Park, 2105 Mack Road, Douglasville, GA and complete the entire process in person. The Office is open Monday - Saturday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Guest Services is located in the Deer Lick Park Activity Center
