Bill Arp Park is located off Georgia Highway 5 in the Bill Arp/Pray's Mill community about five miles south of Douglasville. The park entrance is adjacent to the Bill Arp Elementary School. The facilities include two softball fields, 4 baseball fields, a football field, playground, two lighted tennis courts, two concession stands, and a meeting room.
