The Office
The United States Constitution, as well as the State of Georgia Constitution, guarantees all people accused of a criminal offense the right to an attorney, regardless of their financial status. With eleven attorneys on staff who solely practice criminal law, the Public Defender's Office can handle any type of criminal case. Recognizing the prospect of losing one's liberty is a difficult and trying time for anyone, our attorneys are trained to ensure that individual rights are protected.
