The children's programs of the Douglas County Public Libraries are free and full of fun! We offer an open invitation to Moms, Dads, Grandparents, Home Schoolers, and Children of all ages to come participate.
We include music, finger plays, and rhymes with our stories. We also incorporate a craft for each child to take home.

Join Ms. Cristina on Tuesdays at 10:30 a.m. for storytime! For elementary aged students, join Ms. Cristina on Thursdays at 2:30 p.m. for L@L: Learning at the Library.

SOAR Program and Accelerated Reader
SOAR PROGRAM:
The SOAR program is sponsored by the Douglas County School System, not the libraries. The library has a limited amount of SOAR books available on a first come first serve basis. Books are also available through Borders, Amazon.com, Douglas County Used Book Store, and many other locations. For questions or comments, please contact your school.
SOAR books will be pulled and centrally located each summer in the children's library for your convenience.
Accelerated Reader:
