The Douglas County Public Library is located in Douglasville, across from the Health Department and near Douglas County High School.
The hours of operation are:- Mondays through Thursdays ~ 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Fridays ~ 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Saturdays ~ 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Sundays ~ 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Preschool Storytime is held every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. in the meeting room of the library.
Tax Forms
The Douglas County Public Library does not carry Federal Income Tax Forms. Federal Tax forms can be downloaded at: http://www.irs.gov/forms_pubs/index.html or by calling 1-800-TAX-FORM.

Books The library is constantly updating the GED books to the new tests. Come on in and check one out!
Friends of the Library Book Sale
BOOK SALE!Come view our wide selection of new and used paperbacks, hardbacks, and childrens books for sale. We also have VHS and audiobooks periodically. Come check it out!
Donations are currently being accepted. All proceeds from our continuous book sales go directly to fund our children's programs.
