WHAT IS IT?
The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) was established for the purpose of stabilizing communities that have been severely impacted by foreclosures and abandonment. We buy foreclosed homes, fix them up and then sell them to qualified buyers.
WHO QUALIFIES?
You must fall below certain income levels to qualify. Click here to see if you qualify.
