dctv23 is the Douglas County government access cable television channel, and it serves the governments and public agencies of Douglas County with announcements and programming. dctv23 is headquartered in the Douglas County Comunications and Community Relations Department, and it operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The dctv23 Bulletin Board is an ongoing display of announcements of general interest to Douglas County citizens about government programs, meetings, events and news, and those from public agencies and not-for-profit organizations.
dctv23 is a government access channel, not a public access channel, and therefore, is unable to broadcast programs that promote for-profit businesses or advertisements.

dctv23 is proud to present original programming produced totally "in-house" for the citizens of Douglas County.- "Gesundheit On the Road", a fun trip around Douglas County to find and taste the best recipes in homes and restaurants
- "Insights" with Commission Chairman Tom Worthan - interesting guests, interesting topics, interesting places
- "Pet Pause" from Douglas County Animal Control featuring pets available for adoption and education for you on how to be happy with your pet
- "District Dialogue" with the District Commissioners - timely topics and programs of interest to the residents of the four Commission Districts
- "Happenings", a 3-minute blast of information and events just before the hour to keep you informed and involved!

"The Friday Night Drive-In"
Each Friday evening at 7:00, we invite you to "drive-In" to the dctv23 movie theater, where we feature a classic flick-of-the-week. But before the movie starts, we go back in time to revisit some of those old programs and commercials we grew up with. It's a trip down memory lane!
"The Conn Jackson Show"
A sit-down, stand-up talk show that is sure to make you pay attention. With segments that range from celebrity interviews to specialty cooking, the Conn Jackson Show has something for everyone!
Host, Conn Jackson, adds his unique style and humor to this already entertaining program.
The Conn Jackson Show airs on Monday nights at 6:30.

"Job TV"
"Job TV" are job listings updated every weekday morning by the Georgia Department of Labor for the whole Atlanta area, including Douglas County. Job TV airs daily from 1 - 3 p.m. and 1 - 3 a.m.
Douglas County "Happenings"
Douglas County "Happenings" is a weekly e-mail listing of events, opportunities, and meetings of general interest to Douglas County citizens. "Happenings" is compiled by the Douglas County Department of Communications and Community Relations as a Public Service to our citizens, and our e-mail list is not published or sold.
"Happenings" is free, and if you would like to receive it, e-mail your address to dctv 23 and your name will be added before the next issue. "Happenings" is scheduled to be issued on Thursdays, but its issuance may vary depending on the Department schedule. We encourage subscribers to print "Happenings" and post it on the office bulletin board and/or forward it to persons in their personal e-mail address book because only by information and education of local opportunities can our citizens come together as a community and become better neighbors and friends.
