Vendor Registration

To be placed on the list of vendors for Douglas County, firms and individuals must complete a Vendor Application Packet , and include the Commodity Codes for which they want to be considered. The Vendor Application Packet can be downloaded in the 'Forms for Vendors' section below.

You can submit the application via the Online Vendor Application Form or via mail.  Click here to access the online Vendor Application Form.

Commodity Codes for Vendor Application

View a listing of the Commodity/NGIP Codes. The appropriate NIGP Code(s) must be listed on a company’s vendor application. The six-page vendor application is downloadable from the Douglas County web site.

Georgia Security and Immigration Act of 2006

As of July 1, 2007, all contracts with Douglas County must have a certification from the Contractor that they comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Act of 2006. This requires all those individuals, firms, contractors, consultants, etc., contracting with the County to execute the Contractor Affidavit and Agreement. If Sub-contractors are engaged, they are required to execute the Subcontractor Affidavit . These affidavits are attached for your convenience in compliance with this requirement.
