Types of Fees

Assessment/User Fee/Supervision Fee: These are fees ordered by the Judge as part of the disposition of the case. These fees go to paying for court ordered services or evaluations.

Restitution Fee: Restitution is defined as money a Judge orders a juvenile to pay a victim as compensation for out-of-pocket expenses related to a crime. Restitution is part of the youth's sentence and can be ordered in juvenile cases following an adjudication or an admission.

Fees can be paid with cash, money order, and credit/debit cards at the Juvenile Programs Office.
