Maps are so important for what we do in Planning. You will hear a lot more about a lot of maps before the end of this project. And we need you to help us make our maps! We are glad to introduce the interactive map for the Douglas County Comprehensive Plan. Here you can submit feedback and view comments of fellow citizens about a variety of features and issues around the county. It's easy to leave a comment and fun to read what's on your neighbor's mind. Your input is so important to us and incredibly useful as we develop the update to the plan.
Ready to get started? Follow this link to our Social Pinpoint site. The directions should tell you all that you need to know. But essentially, we want you to share all those places in Douglas County that are important to you. You can also tell us why they are important, and you can add comments about the places your friends and neighbors have said are important. You can come back to the map as often as you would like to add information. And please share this with your network so we can gather as much information as possible. Your feedback will become the vision for Douglas County!
